Retail: many documents, little time

Retail is not only about the sale: supplier delivery notes and invoices arrive every day, and the resulting collections still need to reach the books. AndCompta does not replace your POS or manage stock; it covers the document, accounting and tax layer.

The same three headaches

We have spoken with shops in Andorra la Vella and Escaldes. The same three issues come up every time.

The supplier's delivery note ends up in a folder

Photograph it and keep the amount, input IGI, and suggested purchase account together in one record. The paper folder is no longer necessary.

Repeated invoices and documents

The catalogue stores the price, account, and IGI rate for each item, so the next document takes three clicks instead of being rebuilt from scratch.

Collections still need reconciling

Import the statement and AndCompta suggests which invoice matches each bank collection. Till closing and retail receipts remain in your POS.

Best fit

The modules you will actually use

AndCompta is not a POS or inventory system. For retailers, it removes work from purchase capture, IGI invoicing and bank reconciliation.

  • InvoicingInvoices and credit notes with IGI, numbering by series and immutable PDFs.
  • ExpensesSupplier-invoice capture with OCR, quarantine and human review.
  • BankingCSV, OFX and CAMT.053 statement imports with reviewable reconciliation.
