01 · Before writing
What we can answer—and what we cannot
The people building the product answer your message, so the replies are specific and sometimes candid. If we do not support something, we will tell you in the first email instead of letting you discover it three months later.
We can tell you whether the product fits your activity, what migrating your history involves, how your accounting firm gains access, what each plan includes and what happens to your data if you leave.
We cannot give tax or accounting advice on your specific case. We are not your accounting firm, and pretending otherwise would be irresponsible. We can explain the general mechanics and link to the official source, but professional judgement on your figures must come from someone who knows them.

How we reply
A person replies
There is no first-line team reading from scripts. You write to us and someone who can inspect the code if necessary replies.
On a weekday
The goal is to answer the same day. If the answer requires checking something, we'll tell you and get back to you when we have it.
In your language
Catalan by default, and also Spanish, French and English. The product is in Catalan; support adapts to you.
With a demonstration, if you want
Half an hour looking at your real data is worth more than any presentation. Request a session through the general enquiries address.

Can I see it in action before I sign up?
Yes. Write to us and we will book a 30-minute session. You can also open a trial account yourself: 30 days with every feature, no card and no automatic renewal.
Can you tell me how much it would cost to migrate my history?
Yes, before you buy anything. We perform a read-only extraction and reconciliation, then show you the report and the price. If the figures do not reconcile, you will know before paying.
I run an accounting firm and want to try it with my clients
Email our accounting-firm address. A typical pilot covers three clients from your portfolio, migrated by us, so you can decide using real data rather than a demonstration.
I found a vulnerability
Email the details to our security address. We will respond, fix the issue and let you know when it is resolved. We do not retaliate against good-faith reporters.
