When Holded makes sense
You operate mainly in Spain, you need inventory, projects or human resources within the same tool, or you depend on specific integrations from its catalog.

If you decide to change
Holded exports your data and the process is documented. What takes time isn't getting them out: it's that the target chart of accounts is not the same, so the balances have to be matched account to account before anything is taken for granted.
What to ask them Request a full export of invoices, journal entries, counterparties and balances, together with the original PDFs of issued invoices.

How this table is built
A person manually checked every row against the other tool’s public documentation; the review date appears at the top of the page. When we could not confirm a cell, it says “Unverified” instead of showing a cross.
We work this way because the usual industry comparison—a column of green ticks beside red crosses—is almost always a sign that nobody verified the claims. An honest gap tells you exactly what to ask the other provider before deciding.
If you find an error, send us the source and we will correct it with the correction date. We make corrections even when they make us look worse; a table updated only when it suits us is worthless.

About the change
Why change if Holded already works for me?
If you invoice mainly in Spain and use CRM, projects or inventory, you probably should not switch. The reason to move is specific: you file annual accounts in Andorra and currently translate the chart of accounts at every close.
Can I bring all the history?
Yes, before you buy anything. We perform a read-only extraction, reconcile it against your annual accounts and show you the report. If the figures do not reconcile, you will know before paying.
Can I have both for a while?
Yes, and that is what we recommend for the first month. Issue new invoices in AndCompta and keep Holded read-only until you have completed a full period close here.
The quick way to decide
Open an account, import three months of invoices and see whether the figures reconcile with what you expected. That is more reliable than any comparison table.
