What exactly does it do?

Overlaps without duplicatesIf you re-import an overlapping period, repeated transactions are detected deterministically. Importing twice duplicates nothing.
Explainable matching suggestionsThe system proposes which receipt or payment matches each bank transaction and explains why. A person makes the final decision.

Reconcile, ignore and reopen are reversible and auditable actions. Reconciliation does not create or modify any entries on its own.

If the connection drops halfway through an import, the job resumes where it stopped. You never have to guess what was imported.
