From quote to balance sheet, without leaving the software

Each module feeds the next. An invoice creates a journal entry, the bank statement finds the matching receipt and the IGI register already contains the quarter’s figures.

01 · The circuit

A single route, from the first offer to the balance sheet

Modules are not six programs that share a home screen. Each step leaves the next one ready, so there's never a moment when you have to retype what you've already written.

  1. 01

    You quote

The quote draws on catalogue prices and IGI rates already in the system. It stays in its own workflow and does not touch the accounts.

  2. 02

    You invoice

Once the quote is accepted, the invoice inherits its lines. Its series and number are assigned on issue, without gaps.

  3. 03

    It posts

The journal entry is generated with the invoice, balanced and linked to the document. It is not an overnight process waiting for review the next day.

  4. 04

    You get paid

The imported statement finds the matching receipt and explains every proposed match. You confirm the decision.

  5. 05

    You file

The IGI record for the period already has the amounts. When the due date comes, you check instead of calculating.

  6. 06

    You close

The balance sheet and the profit and loss account come from the same balances, with the structure of the Andorran plan and without setting up anything separately.

03 · The limits

What AndCompta does not do

It is better to know before trying the product than after migrating. AndCompta does not do these four things today; when that changes, we will say so here.

It doesn't connect to your bank

There is no direct connection to Andorran banks. You import statements in CSV, OFX or CAMT.053 format as often as needed without creating duplicates.

It doesn't do payroll

A payroll firm or specialised system calculates payroll and contributions. You post the resulting entries in AndCompta.

It does not file for you

AndCompta prepares and reconciles the figures. You or your accounting firm file them with the Administration under a named person’s authority and responsibility.

It does not manage inventory or CRM

There is no inventory valuation, project management or sales funnel. If your business depends on those functions, a broader tool will suit you better; our comparisons say so.

05 · Questions

What they ask us about the product

Can I buy just one module?

No. The modules work together because each feeds the next. Separating them would recreate the manual work the product avoids. Plans differ by volume and advanced features, not by which modules you receive.

Can I start without migrating all the history?

Yes, and that is what we recommend. Start by issuing your next invoice in AndCompta and inspect the journal entry. History can be migrated later, with reconciliation completed before anything goes live.

Can my accounting firm work there?

Yes, at no cost. The company grants and withdraws access at the permission level it chooses. An accounting firm cannot add itself or extend its own permissions.

If I leave, what do I take with me?

Everything: invoices as issued in PDF, journal entries, balances, counterparties and documents in open formats. Exporting is free and does not require an active subscription.

Does it work on mobile devices?

Yes, for work suited to a mobile device: photographing a supplier invoice, checking a balance or reviewing upcoming deadlines. Closing work is better on a larger screen.

Try it with your data.

Create an account, issue a document and inspect the result. If AndCompta is not right for you, export your data and leave.
