Reports

Understanding how the business is performing should not depend on waiting for the close. Statements use the same balances as the ledger and the structure of the Andorran plan, with every figure opening to its source document.

What exactly does it do?

Andorran financial statements at any date, with drill-down to each posting.

  • The statements you must submitBalance sheet and income statement using the Andorran chart of accounts. They are generated from the balances, not assembled in a separate spreadsheet.
  • On any date, not just at closingRequest the report as at 31 March or midway through a quarter. You see what is in the ledger at that moment, not an outdated snapshot.
  • From the figure to the postingEach heading opens to its constituent accounts, each account to its journal entries and each entry to the source document. When a balance looks odd, its origin is three clicks away.

More detail

Compared to the previous period

The same statement beside the equivalent period last year. A figure alone cannot show whether performance is improving; the comparison can.

Really exportable

An open format with full detail, not an image of a table. The exported figures can be added up again.

What your accounting firm asks for

Trial balance, general ledger by account and counterparty statements in the requested format. The email back-and-forth disappears.

Try it with your data.

Create an account, issue a document and inspect the result. If AndCompta is not right for you, export your data and leave.
