How to manage your business's cash flow

Accounting explains the past; cash flow determines whether you can make this month's payroll. They are different and often confused.

How it works4 steps

As is usually done

You check the bank balance in the mobile app and estimate everything else from memory. That works until payroll, an IGI deadline, and a late-paying client all coincide.

With AndCompta

Balances, overdue receivables, and upcoming payments are three views of the same data. The decision remains yours, but you can see all three together.

One nuance: Balances come from the latest statement you imported, not a live bank feed. We do not yet connect directly to the banks.
