When to use it
When a customer needs a preliminary document to approve an expense, arrange a payment or manage an import before there is a transaction to invoice.
What this template doesn't do
A pro forma invoice does not replace the final invoice or entitle the recipient to deduct IGI. It needs its own numbering, separate from the invoice series.
When the template falls short
In AndCompta, numbers are assigned automatically without gaps, IGI enters the quarterly register as you invoice and the PDF you issued is preserved exactly as it was.
