How it works
Enter the details of both parties, then add lines with an amount and an IGI rate. The preview updates as you work. When you print, the browser can save it as a PDF and excludes the rest of the page.
When it helps
- For your first invoice, when you do not yet have accounting software and need to get paid this week.
- For a one-off invoice outside your usual activity when your normal system does not cover it.
- To see which fields an Andorran invoice must contain without reading the legislation first.
When it's not enough
- There is no numbering series or counter. You assign the number yourself, so nothing prevents gaps or duplicates—the first thing a reviewer will check.
- No copy or journal entry remains. If you lose the PDF, the invoice exists nowhere else and the quarterly IGI register remains empty.
What it does not do
It saves nothing, does not assign invoice numbers and keeps no register. It is useful for a one-off invoice, not for running a company’s invoicing: that requires a consecutive numbering series without gaps and an IGI register for the period.
