Invoice

The document evidencing a transaction and determining the tax charged on it.

It must contain both parties' details, the series and number, date, transaction detail, taxable amount, rate, tax amount, and any wording required by the rules.

An example

An Andorran invoice must bear the NRT of both the issuer and the recipient, when applicable.

The typical mistake

Editing it after issue. An issued invoice is corrected with a credit note, not by altering the original.

How it appears in AndCompta

The invoice includes its series, NRTs, line-level IGI treatment, and required wording. The issued PDF remains exactly as it was on issue, even if the template changes later.
