Cells marked “Unverified” are features we have not confirmed directly in the product. We prefer leaving them blank to guessing.

When AndCompta makes sense

Your main need is invoicing, accounting and preparing Andorran taxes in a more focused SaaS, with traceability and direct collaboration with your accounting firm.

When iDEAN ERP makes sense

You need an ERP that governs inventory, logistics and business management, not just the accounting and tax layer.

04 · Migration

If you decide to change

Before moving from an ERP, define the scope: accounting and invoicing only, or also the catalogue, purchasing, warehouses, batches and sales. We map the data and exclude any process that AndCompta does not yet cover to an equivalent level.

What to ask them Request export formats for accounting, documents, items, stock by warehouse, batches, price lists and attachments, and identify every custom integration.

05 · Method

How this table is built

A person manually checked every row against the other tool’s public documentation; the review date appears at the top of the page. When we could not confirm a cell, it says “Unverified” instead of showing a cross.

We work this way because the usual industry comparison—a column of green ticks beside red crosses—is almost always a sign that nobody verified the claims. An honest gap tells you exactly what to ask the other provider before deciding.

If you find an error, send us the source and we will correct it with the correction date. We make corrections even when they make us look worse; a table updated only when it suits us is worthless.

06 · Questions

About the change

Does AndCompta replace all ERP?

Not necessarily. It can take on the accounting, tax and document layer, but a specific commercial or logistics operation must be verified process by process before removing the ERP.

Can warehouses, lots and stocks be migrated?

No. AndCompta does not manage warehouses, batches or stock. We can migrate the accounts, documents, contacts and catalogue; operational inventory must remain in the source ERP or move to a dedicated inventory system.

Can the two tools coexist?

Yes. Make AndCompta the source of truth for accounting and invoicing, and keep the ERP authoritative for stock and logistics. Document the handoff and reconcile the journal entries; do not manage inventory in both systems.

The quick way to decide

Open an account, import three months of invoices and see whether the figures reconcile with what you expected. That is more reliable than any comparison table.
