Cells marked “Unverified” are features we have not confirmed directly in the product. We prefer leaving them blank to guessing.

When AndCompta makes sense

You want a SaaS product with published pricing and limits, APIs, verifiable export, and a multi-entity architecture with explicit separation of permissions and evidence.

When ContaAndorra makes sense

Your accounting firm already uses it, the service fits your needs and you have verified in a demonstration that it covers your specific workflows.

04 · Migration

If you decide to change

We do not promise an import until we have seen a real export. First we inventory the available formats, reconcile a sample and document what migrates, what remains available in the source and what must be reconstructed.

What to ask them Request a full test export, the original PDFs and attachments, general ledger, chart of accounts, open balances and access terms after cancellation.

05 · Method

How this table is built

A person manually checked every row against the other tool’s public documentation; the review date appears at the top of the page. When we could not confirm a cell, it says “Unverified” instead of showing a cross.

We work this way because the usual industry comparison—a column of green ticks beside red crosses—is almost always a sign that nobody verified the claims. An honest gap tells you exactly what to ask the other provider before deciding.

If you find an error, send us the source and we will correct it with the correction date. We make corrections even when they make us look worse; a table updated only when it suits us is worthless.

About the change

Why are there features marked as unverified?

Because the public website did not let us confirm them directly. We do not turn a commercial assumption into a yes or no; request a demonstration using your real workflow.

Can my accounting firm continue to work as it is now?

It depends on the firm’s process and current access. Invite them to the pilot and validate permissions, the close and exports together before deciding.

Can I keep all the history?

We keep it when the export allows it and we indicate the quality. If any data cannot be reliably extracted, it is documented and the source remains searchable for the agreed period.

The quick way to decide

Open an account, import three months of invoices and see whether the figures reconcile with what you expected. That is more reliable than any comparison table.
